Who am I to JudgeWho am I to Judge? Why do we judge?

We judge ourselves and we judge others. We judge people by where they come from, the school they attended, the car they drive, tattoos, piercings, food, jewellery, body shape, their job…the list goes on…… We think we¬†know what is right and what is wrong.
Our judgements are based on comparison and on beliefs. They are based on our conditioning. Judgement is so ingrained in every one of us, and it causes separation within us and between us.
What is the root feeling behind all judgements? The more aware of our judgemental thought patterns and conditioning we become, the more subtle judgements we will see within ourselves. Only seeing them at work in our everyday lives will uncover the fear that drives them. Can we bring awareness to every moment and see the judgement in ourselves?
