Chi Gong Online Classes

Golden Wings Chi Gong is a unique and gentle form of exercise which opens up a greater awareness and understanding of the movement of energy in your body.

The exercises are designed to expel old stagnant chi and replace it with new, leaving you feeling energized and peaceful. They increase flexibility and strength, boost immunity and promote health and well-being physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

You will learn specific exercises focusing on the major organs of the body e.g. liver, heart, lungs, spleen and kidneys. These exercises promote healing at a deep level.

These extremely special and unique exercises were developed by International Healer, Spiritual Teacher and Best Selling Author, Mike Robinson.

Golden Wings Chi Gong is ideal for all ages and fitness levels.

Once you have learnt these exercises you will be able to practice them at home to continue to bring greater vitality into your life.
